Control Room and Patrol Personnel
Control room and patrol personnel are supplied on long-term contract by ISS Pegasus Security Group, a Security Industry Authority (SIA) Approved Contractor. The officers are dedicated to this site and many have been with us since day one.
All staff hold SIA security officer and Public Space Surveillance CCTV licences, which means that they have been trained and vetted to the highest standards. In addition, they have received five days of intensive site-specific training on all aspects of Valley Watch operations and procedures, followed by a 3-month on-the-job training and probationary period. Each shift has a working supervisor who has full responsibility for operations outside office hours.
