The ValleyWatch CCTV system has made a real difference to business on the Team Valley estate. Only months after installation of the security system, general crime had fallen by 79% and burglaries were down by 84%.

In the last eleven years over 480 arrests have been directly attributed to our surveillance team. Crime rates have remained low, boosting commercial confidence in the area.

Our cameras are only as good as the people who operate them and the Valley Watch team are key to the success of the operation. Pro-actively monitoring the estate 24 hours a day, they decipher patterns that emerge and have developed an innate understanding of human behaviour.

Operators aim to anticipate and stop criminal activity before it takes place. Working around the clock, with a highly visible mobile unit is in constant contact with the surveillance team at the control centre enabling a rapid response to any incident spotted.

ValleyWatch is integral to the success of the business community and provides additional services such as key holding, alarm response, lone worker escorts and checks and remote monitoring.
