Key Holding and Alarm Response

We respond to calls from your alarm monitoring station. When alerted by them, we monitor your premises through a dedicated camera and despatch our mobile patrol to site. The response time is as low as 2-3 minutes.

The mobile patrol officer will make an external patrol of the premises to check for signs of an intruder. If they see signs of a break-in they will call the Police.

If they do not see signs of an intruder they will call out your key holder and on their arrival will assist them in patrolling the interior to see what may have happened. Should the alarm be a fault and you find it cannot be cannot be reset, our patrol will monitor the premises on an hourly basis. A camera will be left showingyour premises on a spot monitor to watch for signs of activity. This service is included within your membership fee.
 
For a small additional fee we can also act as key holders. In this instance none of your staff would need to be called out to check the premises, this would be done by our Mobile Patrol.

Your own staff would only be called if there was a major incident on site, or if serious damage has been caused to your property which needs authorisation for temporary repairs to be made.
