Reactive Monitoring

Cameras are linked to sensors on your property. When a sensor is triggered, the camera swings towards the activity and the system sends an alarm to our Control Room.

The operator picks up the alarm, displays the picture on screen and will then ‘tour’ the site by camera looking for signs of activity. If an intruder is seen, we will broadcast to the intruder to try to get them to leave the premises without causing damage/breaking in/stealing etc. Pictures are digitally recorded for evidential purposes.

If they do not leave immediately our operators will contact the local Police Service.

Video can be backhauled over fibre, broadband, wireless or satellite as appropriate.

Each site is fully surveyed and a comprehensive report is drawn up for discussion with the client to acertain the best service for their individual needs.

Our control room personnel are all fully trained and licensed in accordance with the legal requirements of the Security Industry Authority (SIA) and are provided by ISS Pegasus, an SIA Approved Contractor.

Operators carry out reactive monitoring as directed by our customers' requirements and our security solutions are individually tailored to suit.

We concentrate on providing a very high standard of reactive CCTV monitoring through a flexible ‘can do’ attitude and the use of new technology where it is of benefit to our customers.
