Lone Worker Health and Safety Checks

We provide health and safety checks for lone workers.  At specified times the member of staff concerned calls our control room with a password and the call is answered and logged. Should no call be received, we will endeavour to contact the premises to establish that all is well. Should we not be able to do this, we will contact either a nominated company representative or the Police to attend site. For Valley Watch members on Team Valley, our security patrol will call at the site to try to find out what has happened.

Should the employee be under duress, they will have a separate password to use. Should our staff be given a duress password they will immediately contact the Police and advise them of the situation.
